Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Cube Home (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
1.1 You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
1.3 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@cube-home.com to request a return label with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returns without an RA number label may not be accepted.
1.4 Once you receive your return label, securely package the item(s) and attach the label clearly to the outside of the parcel. This helps ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
2. Refunds
2.1 You’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please note that your original shipping fee is non-refundable if you choose to return your parcel.
2.2 If you're eligible for a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total. For UK returns, this is typically between £3–£5, depending on the item. For international returns, costs vary by country—we’ll confirm the exact amount in advance when you get in touch.
2.3 If you prefer to arrange your own return, please use a reliable tracked shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely. We cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit without tracking.
3. Exchanges
3.1. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team at admin@cube-home.com to request an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
3.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit for the returned item.
4. Return Shipping
4.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at admin@cube-home.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Final Sale Items
6.1. Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
